Meet Erica
Erica Bovaird works collaboratively with leaders to develop strategies and practices targeted toward their unique goals. Her ability to listen, connect deeply, and offer a safe space invites clients into a rich and useful engagement.
Relying heavily on her clients’ personal insights, knowledge, and experience, Erica incorporates aspects of social science, human behavior, somatics, and best practices in leadership development into her program design. She honors her commitments to clients by providing the information and observations needed for their growth and development.
Erica has coached at all organizational levels from emerging leaders to c-suite executives.
Her clients report a greater ability to create positive working environments, an increase in confidence and overall well-being, better connection and relationships, as well as a greater ability to deliver more consistent, high-quality results.
Erica is certified in the Enneagram Assessment (IEQ9 and Enneagram Institute), Birkman Method, and the Conflict Dynamics Assessment. She has experience working with MBTI, Hay Assessment, Hogan Assessment, and a variety of 360-degree feedback instruments. Erica has been coaching since 2006 and is certified through New Ventures West where she serves as adjunct faculty mentoring participants of their Professional Coaching Course. Erica is an ICF PCC certified coach.
For the past 18 years Erica has served as an internal consultant and leader within the Federal government.
Her work includes strategy creation and implementation of individual, team, and organizational development activities for work groups and leaders to be more effective in carrying-out their missions. She has expertise in designing, leading, and delivering corporate leadership development programs and courses.
Erica has a special interest and skill in working with leaders in transition as well as leaders looking to build their effectiveness within relationships. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Business Management from Towson University and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
Erica lives in beautiful Colorado with her husband and two children.
